These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SotaJob, a freelance marketplace operated by Sotatek Korea. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use SotaJob. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Using the marketplace

• Freelancers may browse jobs and submit proposals in good faith.
• Content you post must be lawful, accurate, and free of infringing material.
• You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.

Proposals & engagements

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee an award. Project terms agreed between parties are their own responsibility; SotaJob facilitates discovery and tracking.

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sotatek Korea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes & contact
